Subject: Definitely An Amazing Show!
I was privileged to see over 150 Dead shows over five years in some of the finest theaters in the US.
This was certainly one of the highlights. The Stanley is a wonderful theater and the band was turned on for this night. The energy was high for the entire show. I had the tape appropriately labeled in gold. Such a sweet Jack Straw into Sugaree to open the show and much more! After thirty years the music and memories still linger strong and bright. Thanks for such a special birthday gift!
Glad that Joel was there to record it!

Subject: a bit overrated
I do think this show has some special moments and certainly a desire, but it really just doesn't seem as 'on' as so many others. But so many love this one (as do so many the cornell 77).
